1.1 Parties to the Agreement

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the tk10a platform and its users. In this document, "we", "platform", or "tk10a" refers to the service provider company; "you", "user", or "player" refers to any registered member.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

1.2 Age Requirement & Eligibility

The tk10a platform is only for individuals aged 21 years or older. When creating an account, you must confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• Minors or anyone under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from creating an account.
• We may request identity documents at any time to verify age.
• Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

1.3 Geographic Restrictions

It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legally permitted in your area. Accessing the platform from regions where online gaming is prohibited is at your own risk.

2.1 Account Creation Rules

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and will be considered "bonus abuse". All information provided during registration — name, phone number, payment details — must be accurate and up to date.

• If multiple members of the same household create accounts from the same device or IP address, this will be subject to verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility.

2.2 Account Security

2.3 Account Suspension or Closure

We may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Fraudulent conduct against other players.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion feature).

3.1 Welcome Bonus

A 120% welcome bonus is awarded on your first deposit at tk10a, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The bonus will be credited to your account automatically.

• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
• The welcome bonus can only be received once; it cannot be claimed a second time using the same payment method or device.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw earnings from a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing bonus earnings.

• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time, the bonus and any bonus earnings will be cancelled.
• Some games may not contribute fully toward the wagering requirement — contact support for details.
• Making a withdrawal while wagering is in progress will cancel the active bonus.

3.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, tk10a runs various cashback offers, VIP rewards, and special promotions. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be published on the relevant page. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.

4.1 Payment Methods

tk10a currently supports the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• The mobile number and account name used for deposits must match.
• Transactions from third-party accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The withdrawal amount will be returned via the same method used for the deposit.

• KYC (identity verification) may need to be completed before making a withdrawal.

5.1 VIP Levels

tk10a has four VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can move up to higher levels through regular play.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.2 Level Advancement & Maintenance

A VIP level, once achieved, is not permanent. Insufficient activity within a set period may result in a level decrease. VIP benefits may change at any time. Cashback is credited to the account at the end of each week.

6.1 Acceptable Conduct

Players are expected to play games honestly and fairly. tk10a uses RNG (Random Number Generator) based games, which ensure impartial and fair outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Using strategic betting patterns with the intent to circumvent bonus terms.

• Interfering with game software or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Any form of cheating against other players.

If such activity is proven, the relevant account will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
